Clarksville Storage and Apartment Rentals is a family-owned enterprise located 3 miles west of the charming lake town of Clarksville in Southern VA.

Once the locally known, Slagle's Motel, the property was purchased in 2013 by the late Clarksville resident, Warren Eichhorn. Since then, we've worked to transform the motel into affordable, quality, long-term rentals.

Our goal is to provide clean, comfortable and competitively- priced efficiency apartments. Rent includes: heat, electricity, and water to make moving in as easy as possible.

We offer:

Ten efficiency apartments that include air-conditioning, a full bathroom and a mini-refrigerator. Electricity included. Available for 1-year leases. $475/month

One 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a private entrance over looking a quiet green space. Available for 1-year lease. $560/month

For the comfort of all of our tenants we do not allow smoking or pets in any of our units.

Storage Units

If enjoying time on the lake is your priority, we’ve got the affordable storage you need to keep your boat dry and well cared for just minutes from Kerr Lake!

We also welcome the storage of other personal possessions, with the exception of vehicles.

All units are lighted, lockable, and have 24 hr. access.
